NEWS: Rick Ross to Sue Rick Ross... Again...
In case you didn't know by now, rapper Rick Ross' name is actually William Roberts II, and his stage name derives from druglord "Freeway" Rick Ross. While Ross was incarcerated, Roberts used Ross' name and cocaine stories to gain fame, and ultimately stole his identity. Ross would eventually take Roberts to court for trademark violations, but the case was later dismissed. Ross is now suing Roberts, Def Jam Records, and Universal Music Group again, but this time with the help of law firm "Manatt, Phelps, & Phillips, LLP. Hit the jump to read the rest of the story.

NEWS: Odd Future Performs Rap On Their Own Terms
California rap group Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All, or OFWGKTA for short, is in the spotlight yet again this week with an LA Times Article about their music, and why they have been denying offers from major labels such as Bad Boy and Roc Nation.
