NEWS: Jay-Z to Host Music Festival in Philadelphia
According to The New York Times, Jay-Z will be hosting a two day music festival (September 1st and 2nd) that will feature up to 28 acts. Jay will be hand picking who he wants to perform, so expect it to be one of the livest festivals of the summer. Hit the jump to read more.
