NEWS: Kelly Rowland & The-Dream Announce "Lights Out" Tour [@kellyrowland]
Kelly Rowland and The-Dream officially announce their Lights Out Tour, which starts on May 24th in Kansas City. Both artists have worked together a lot recently, including being on both of each other's upcoming albums. So, expect that to be a big part of the tour.
