After several delays, Lil Wayne releases his highly anticipated mixtape Dedication 4. I am not sure if this tape is worth listening to or not. A few days after its release, I've heard good and bad reviews. Listen to the whole thing after the jump and decide for yourself if Weezy is improving or not.
