That's right, you read correctly. Jay-Z will be putting a new album out FOR FREE on July 4th. The catch? You have to have a Samsung Galaxy in order to download it. The album we be available through an application release exclusively on June 24th and released on July 4th three days before the rest of the world gets to hear it. Holy shit. I just got WAY too excited.
